Rumours…Misunderstandings…Gossips…

Last night we went AMK Hub for Dinner @ Sticky Rice…
Its a Thai Restaurant…
Selling Thai food of cus…

I ordered the Fried Seafood Rice Noodles..
Dear ordered the Seafood Laksa..
And also Sticky Rice with Mango plus Black Pepper Soft Shell Crab…

Ermmm…
The food wasnt very nice though…
My rice noodles was kind of sweet…Think is becus of the sauce…
And Dear’s laksa is too strong in flavour…
The soft shell crab is kind of ….soft…Not very crispy..
And the dessert,Sticky Rice with Mango…Not very nice too.I prefered the one that we ate in BKK.

Anyway…we still finished everything cus we are jus simply hungry…

After which,we went hme as usual..
Actually I intended to buy the shoe rack ytd but…
My toes are really painful and swollen due to the new shoe I bought at Speedy Rhino..
A black high heels …

Hehe…

Slept quite early last night too…abt 11 plus…Hehe..
Considered early alreadi

As usual,woke up at 7 plus,prepared myself and went to work.
We had a meeting today at 11 plus…
Actually we are supposed to have the meeting ytd but Lily was simply too busy as clients keep coming in and I also gt to meet clients downstairs too.

So we had e meeting today…
Actually we alreadi know wat is e meeting abt…
In my previous post,I mentioned abt Letitcia.
She was being terminated by Lily.
The reasons she given to mi was quite different from wat Lily sae today in e meeting…

Lily mentioned that Letitcia was being complained by clients and she alreadi have 3 warnings from Lily.
And Lily had alreadi received a complain from  IRAS too abt e tax submission.
And that is very serious alreadi.
Letitcia coordinated with the clients in private and she made all e impt decisions her own.
And promised the clients that she will do wat they requested and will give them on time.
But She nv….
She jus promised but she break it…And jus ignore…

On her last day,Lily want to take the hard disk from her,the office main door key and the accounts room keys…
But she sae she nv bring to work cus she left it at hme.
But…………
Actually Lily found the hard disk in Letitcia’s drawer 6 mths ago…
Meaning Letitcia nv backup in the hard disk….
And she lied to Lily that she left it at hme…

Another thing is…
Lily felt funny and was also very disappointed…
Cus as a supervisor….She nv bring her office keys to work which means Letitcia gt the mindset that she will nv be the 1st one to reach the office.

Lily also mentioned that Letitcia spread a lot of rumours and also polluted the newcomers’s mindset.
She felt Letitcia is alreadi nt happy with Lily.
So she spread those kind of rumours to create conflicts which i believe…

Cus I experienced it…

Rmb that time i was on mc for 3 days cus i went to have my tooth extracted?

I asked Letitcia abt it and she told mi that no pay will be deducted.
Cus herself is nt being deducted last time when shes on MC .

But after that,when I asked Lily and Annie abt it.
It was cfm that staff when they are still under probation,pay will be deducted.

After when i spoke to Lily and Annie…
And Annie went to talk to Lily saying she wanna fight for my rights…
Den onli Letitcia told mi that her pay was being deducted.

Lily spoke to mi after that saying that Letitcia apologise to Lily and also sae  that she dun know why i go n make a big hoo haa abt the MC.

I was quite sad upon hearing that…
But thats past…

Den today…after the meeting.
Daphne came to my desk and we chatted abt Letitcia.
She later told mi something which she alreadi hide in her heart for a long time and she dun dare to tell mi.

After Lily came back from UK,Letitcia went to talk to her for 1 hr plus.
Letitcia told Lily that nobody likes Daphne.
And even sae that I am the one whu dislike Daphne the most,I feel Daphne is bossy and ordering mi to do work.

But I didnt complained to Letitcia abt it…
Maybe Daphne’s attitude is like that,when she talk,she sounds like ordering pple ard.
But i am really ok with it.
Cus i know its her duty to do so cus Lily asked her to follow up when shes nt ard.
Actually i jus casually told Letitcia that Daphne so bossy one and i was in a very joking way…
But i dun know why she can distort the facts and tell Lily another story.

Daphne told mi that she quite shocked when  she heard that i complained to Letitcia abt her.
Which i didnt…
The onli person i sae to is Dear onli and maybe Sis and Mum loh.
I nv complained abt Daphne to Letitcia…

So during the meeting,although Lily nv mentioned any names…
But after hearing wat Daphne saes,i know wat she sae jus nw in e meeting is actually referring to mi…
She also mentioned if in the future,anything nt happy with work or with colleagues..
Straight  go to her dun tell colleagues…
Colleagues cant solve the problems for us…
Onli she can…
Onli she can solve problems for us…

Lily also mentioned that if we feel we are underpaid,can also go to her…
She will adjust accordingly…
No worries…

Maybe i will wait till i am being cfm….
After comfirmation,she still havent adjust my pay,
I tink i will let her know…
I will  request for it…

Mainly during today’s meeting,she jus wan us to know that we are one big family in TnB.
Everyone work together peacefully and happily..
No office politics…
No conflicts…
No spreading of rumours…
No gossipings…

But nowsdays..
Which company do not have office politics and gossips?
Its onli less or more…
Serious or mild…

Thats all….

Went market for dinner jus nw…with Bro and Dear…
Sis went central cus she going to get the concealer for mum.
And also for us…
Cus its 2 for 1…
Had Nasi Briyani Sotong…
While Dear had Nasi Briyani Chicken and Bro had Nasi Briyani Mutton..
Ordered a Roti Tissue too…

And we bought the Shoe Rack alreadi!!
Initially is $120.
I bargained till $110…And after the dinner,I bargained till $100…
And den that uncle sa e $100….
自己载，我们没有送！！！
那就自己载咯！！！

So rude…

But anyway,we bring it hme ourselves…Carried by  Bro n Dear!!
Thanks so much!!

It was heavy loh…
We took a cab back..
Dun tink can carry till hme loh…

That taxi uncle also laughed at us and asked mi wat we bought…
Why the 2 guys carry till so tired and sweat all over…

Well…
Actually I intended to install it myself or Dear and Papa can help out too.
But Papa sae dun install 1st…wait till Sat..
After he cleared everything in the living room and also re-arranged the furniture…

So..
Wait till Sat bah!!

But i am going to JB tmr after work!!
So i tink i can see the new shoe rack on Monday!!
Hehe….
Finally we gt a shoe rack to put our shoes liao loh!!
No more placing the shoes under the Sofa and makes the living room so messy liao…

Oh ya…
Jus nw during lunch,i took Dongdong’s watch to repair.
He really very 粗鲁。。。
The whole metal can dropped off one…

Well…
Now i got to handle some accounts…
Some minor and very simple accountings…
Which i think is jus a very normal data entry…
It was Miss Koo’s client…
And she jus handover to mi ytd…

Hehe….

So…….
